We are Manufacturing What\xe2\x80\x99s Next \xe2\x80\x93 come join us! Currently, we seek motivated and mechanically inclined individuals for our manufacturing location. CMM Programmer, Colby Drive, Waterloo. DAY HOURS: DAY \xe2\x80\x93 Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 7am - 3pm Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work well within a team environment.
• Develop CMM programs for the new product
• Update CMM program to reflect the drawing change
• Number the part drawing
• Verify conformance of products to specifications and determine the causes of deficiencies.
• Perform first off /in process verification
• Develop an FAI report/batch report while maintaining measurement records
• Provide an FAI and batch reports to customer as requested
• Execute daily inspections of the work in progress according to QMS and maintain accurate records of the inspections.
• Assist in maintaining conformance to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Post-secondary education from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience;
• 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with CMM programming
• Excellent understanding of GD&T
• Knowledge and experience using various software applications (Microsoft Office, Calypso)
• Solution oriented with the ability to investigate and analyze data for problem solving.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task.
• Work well within a team environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Demands: \xc2\xb7 Required to carry out routine, repetitive tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, l as well as some physical lifting. . Wears all PPE as required. WHAT WE OFFER
