All of our clubs present a professional, fun and comfortable atmosphere for all partners and members. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Membership and Fitness Advisors to join our Team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization located in the Lower Mainland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for providing members & guests with a high level of service, operating the front desk in a proficient and efficient manner to ensure a smooth flow of members, guests and administration accuracy through the company systems.- Work independently
- Read, interpret & implement company policies
- Respond actively to all requests and inquiries from guests, members & staff
- File both alphabetically & numerically
- Operate computers, printers, photocopiers & computer programs
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess an outgoing, friendly personality, strongcommunication, organizational and computer literacy are essential skills. Proven performers are rewarded with opportunities for progression to Supervisory and Management roles.
