Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Club Manager for one of our Anytime Fitness locations! You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating exceptional experiences for existing and potential members, as well as your team. You should be driven, a natural people person, and thrive in roles where you are incentivized and rewarded for your achievements. Responsibilities:
Execute sales of new memberships and personal training at a high level Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests Provide exceptional customer service to all members and prospective members Help enforce club rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
Qualifications:
Previous sales and management experience preferred Outbound call experience preferred Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services Passion for health & fitness Basic computer proficiency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
