Job Summary
A unique opportunity to contribute to the administration of justice in a challenging legal environment

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (for example GED).
  • Minimum one year of experience working in an office environment.
  • Minimum one year of experience in keyboarding, data entry, word processing and standard computer applications.
  • Must have a minimum of 40 WPM keyboarding.
  • An equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training may be considered.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Experience with JUSTIN.
  • Experience with CEIS.
  • Experience or education in a related legal environment.
  • Experience delivering customer service.
  • Experience in registry and in court activity programs

About this Position:
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.

This position provides administrative support to the civil and/or criminal program in the processing of documentation required by the court system to accurately reflect court results. To maintain court files ensuring integrity of case data in the case tracking systems. To provide case information to all users of the court system.
