Job Summary
Share your skills, confidence and initiative in this energizing role The Court Services Branch is responsible for the delivery of all Court Administration and Sheriff Services in B.C. The Training Assistant provides administrative support related to the Field Educator training/education program and the Centre for Court Administration.

Highly organized, you capably prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines, using your outstanding eye for detail to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. You are an effective communicator, able to successfully establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of partners and demonstrate initiative and good judgment in applying procedures within established policies and guidelines. Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience/training in word processing, spreadsheets and other standard computer applications.
  • Experience working in an office environment.


Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Experience with virtual engagement facilitation, platforms and tools (e.g., Captivate, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience organizing and/or developing aspects of training delivery.
