Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Technician to fill an independent contractor position in Vaughan and Brampton. The selected candidate will work one-on-one with children/youth/adolescents diagnosed with developmental disabilities within the home and clinic environments while implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Behaviour Analyst (BCBA, R.B.A.) or Psychologist (Psy.D). The candidate must be available in the mornings (10:00am-2:00pm) and evenings (4:00pm-7:00pm).

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-clinic/in-home therapy in York/Peel Region Competently perform regular data summary and data analysis Monitor the client's progress and the effectiveness of treatment programs Document progress through detailed notes Record session notes every session Consistent communication with R.B.A or Psy.D. for important changes with client Engage in regular communication with parents and participate in scheduled team meetings as required Maintain confidentiality in relation to all client and family interactions Actively participate in relevant meetings, staff development days and other training opportunities Prepare teaching materials daily

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, creative and time management skills Minimum 1 year experience working with children or youth with exceptionalities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field (e.g., Developmental Disability, Psychology, ABA/Autism-related Diploma/Certificate in Behaviour Science) Professional Liability Insurance is an asset An up-to-date Vulnerable Sectors Screening Check required A valid Ontario Driver's G License and access to a personal vehicle

Salary:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour

RBBT Inc. offers part-time hours with the potential to build up a full-time caseload. Compensation is based upon interview, reference, experience, education, and professional credentials.
