The Electro Mechanical Technician is active in equipment management, special projects, safety initiatives and risk management programs of the department. The Electro Mechanical Technician is required to perform his/her duties in a responsible, professional, manner, acting within the framework and guidelines of the department. The Electro Mechanical Technician is involved in the repair, modification, calibration, installation, and safety and performance inspections on a variety of devices including but not limited to beds, stretchers, renal dialysis chair and sterile processing equipment.
