AIM Children's Charity is looking for an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA, ONT) who is passionate about providing exceptional service to their families, loves working within a team, and genuinely cares about achieving meaningful outcomes with their clients. AIM Children's Charity is an interdisciplinary centre that provides individual, group, coaching, and consultative services for families and individuals impacted by autism and related conditions. As a Registered Behaviour Analyst, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of Behaviour Analysts, Supervised Instructor Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Educational Faculty. We are a charitable organization dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible services.

Key Responsibilities:



Work together with the caregivers and other stakeholders to develop a functional and meaningful behaviour plan for each client served Supervise Instructor Therapists in both 1:1 and group settings Support and conduct assessments to inform the goal-setting process Conduct Functional Analyses (Standard, variations of the Standard FA, and IISCA/PFA) with support from the Clinical Director Ensure the consistency in the delivery and quality of behavioural interventions Develop individual parent training and annual group training or workshops Liaison with other service providers to support client progress Provide training and coaching to Supervised Instructor Therapists and other members of the multi-disciplinary team Provide ongoing operational and clinical support, on-site Develop ABA group programs and assist in business development Work collaboratively with all members of the client's team, including parents, supervised instructor therapists, other members of the Behaviour Therapy team, SLP and OT

Requirements:



Must have a Master's Degree in any of the following fields of study: Professional Education, Psychology, Applied Disabilities Studies, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or related BCBA certification, in good standing Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, in good standing Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA service delivery, for children aged 2-18 years of age Minimum 4 years of direct implementation experience in ABA service delivery, for children between 2 - 18 years of age Experience using a variety of assessment tools Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills along with excellent organizational abilities. Proven leadership skills Valid driver's license, have a vehicle and be willing to travel. Occasional weekend program supervision (Saturday Program supervision rotation) Weekly evening hours supervision (one to two times per week, 4-6pm) Flexibility, open-mindedness and passion to help others

Assets:



Additional certification and/or implementation experience in Practical Functional Assessments and Skills-Based Treatment (PFA/SBT)
