We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare/nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of clinical needs, including patient/client care processes. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure high-quality patient/client care while overseeing the nursing staff of the clinic.
Duties
Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Utilize computer software platforms of the clinic for data management.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and billing information.
Address patient inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service skills.
Organize training sessions for staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
Assist the NP on-site with patient care, as requested.
Requirements
Proven experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with nursing skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Background in nursing is mandatory, with a RN or RPN designation.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
