BASICS



Minimum 2 years experience in medical related administrative work, general office management, business marketing (or related fields) Requires strong telephone experience and skills, and desire to foster strong long-term client/patient relationships Must be a confident communicator, team player and multi-task contributor, while also being able to work independently, efficiently and productively without supervision As primary key holder - responsible to open/close/prep/clean and organize the facility daily Develop long-term relationships using clear confident communications with all patients and potential patients, including telephone, email, text and social media; primary objective is to help patients achieve their health goals Coordinate and future-pace each patient's precise scheduling; implement every facet of each patient's individual treatment plan Maintain detailed and accurate accounts of each patient record (private and insurance related) for daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation Create smooth and organized administrative procedures and workspaces Regulate inventory control and generate monthly promotions to exceed set goals Oversee and maintain the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and security Update and upload forms in the electronic medical records from various digital and hard copy sources Have advanced skills using computers and software including Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Word and various cloud-based software subscriptions Schedule, prepare and post content for social media and online marketing Create and coordinate business promotions and events on a weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule Troubleshoot any minor technical issues related to office equipment, software, or medical devices
Work Environment:

The Patient Care Coordinator will work as part of a highly experienced and extremely positive Team, in a constructive, fast-paced and compassionate environment focused specifically on the patient experience and patient care Standard clinic hours apply, with potential flexibility needed to accommodate patient needs or clinic events.
Compensation:

This is an hourly-based position. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience Opportunity for promotion for the right candidate to managerial role and transition to salary-based position after 1 year
