The Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Naturopathic facility, ensuring that all aspects of patient care and administrative functions run smoothly. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhance the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in either Naturopathic, Chiropractic or other natural health related field.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Supervise and manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate patient documentation and data management.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care processes and address any operational challenges.
Manage human resources functions within the clinic, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and staff development.
Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining quality care standards.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to patient safety and privacy.
Implement policies and procedures that enhance clinic operations and improve patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary for clinic operations.
Skills
Strong understanding of Naturopathic operations and medical office management.
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems; experience with JaneApp is a plus.
Knowledge of human resources practices within a healthcare setting.
Budgeting skills to effectively manage clinic finances.
Experience supervising staff
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and doctors
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
Strong problem-solving skills to address operational issues as they arise.
