Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to spearhead and oversee the daily operations of a new medical facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on enhancing patient care and ensuring efficient clinic operations.

This role requires leadership skills, initiative to problem solve, a solid understanding of medical terminology, an understanding of business principles and proficiency in managing electronic medical records. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, budgeting, restocking medical equipment, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise clinic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care. Manage budgeting processes to optimize clinic resources and operational efficiency. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records systems, including ACCURO. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the clinic. Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient services and outcomes. Handle human resources functions including training and performance evaluations. Tactical flexibility and initiative to find and resolve problems.

Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a dental office, hospital, or medical office setting is required. Due to patient demographics, knowledge of Mandarin is an asset. Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus. Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical records management is essential. Ability to do marketing is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff and patients.
