The Role: The Regional Coach of our Prince Albert 2nd Av W clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager plays a critical role within FYidoctors and is crucial for coaching staff on processes, programs, products and ongoing education. You will become fully cross-trained to assist staff with patient service and sales. Not only that but you are truly business-minded and know how to take strategic business goals and turn them into outstanding results. This position is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. What Will You Be Doing?

• Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff
• Building trust and commitment with your workgroup
• Training, development and coaching of staff to FYidoctors processes, programs, and products
• Delivering legendary customer service
• Setting and obtaining clinic revenue goals
• Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff
• Scheduling of staff/doctors
• AR/AP
• Benefits submissions and tracking
• Banking deposits and reconciliations
• Inventory management
• All leadership aspects of daily clinic operations

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment
• Minimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership role
• Experience in an optical environment is an asset
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving
• A reputation for delivering results through successful people management
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
