About the Role

As a

Full-Time Clinic Lead

at Laser X, you will be ahands-on senior medical aesthetician who plays a key leadership role in daily clinic operations while actively performing treatments. Reporting to the ownership team, you will support staff, maintain clinical standards, and help drive sales and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for an experienced laser technician who is ready to step into leadership without full operational responsibility.

Responsibilities

Clinical Treatment & Client Care

Perform laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments using the

Candela GentleMax Pro Plus

Conduct thorough client consultations and create personalized treatment plans Ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality treatment outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records

Leadership & Team Support

Act as a point of contact for day-to-day clinical questions and support Assist with onboarding and training of new staff Lead by example in professionalism, treatment standards, and client care Support scheduling and daily workflow to ensure smooth operations

Sales & Client Experience

Contribute to clinic sales through consultations and treatment package sales Support lead conversion and client retention initiatives Deliver a welcoming, professional, and elevated client experience Assist in resolving client concerns when needed

Operations & Compliance

Support front desk operations including scheduling and client flow Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and compliance with protocols Assist with inventory tracking and clinic organization

Qualifications

Certified Medical Aesthetician with laser hair removal certification Hands-on experience with the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus Minimum

2-4 years

of laser hair removal and skin treatment experience Previous senior, lead, or mentoring experience preferred Strong consultation, sales, and customer service skills Highly organized, reliable, and confident supporting a team Interest in leadership and career growth
