We're a recently expanded, fast growing multidisciplinary clinic in the Landmark District. Our team includes chiropractors, RMTs, kinesiologists, and other integrative health professionals.

We're a warm, people centered clinic built on trust, compassion, and the belief that people matter. We're busy, we're growing, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping things run smoothly in a lively, health focused environment.

You don't freeze, you don't panic, and you certainly don't wait around for someone else to fix it. You find answers, ask smart questions, and keep things moving. That's the heart of this job.

You're organized, adaptable, love multitasking, and genuinely enjoy supporting both patients and staff. You like being the go-to person who keeps the clinic running smoothly.

You will work closely with our

part-time Office Manager

and report to both the Office Manager and the Doctors.

What You'll Be DoingClinic Operations & Patient Flow



Make sure the clinic runs smoothly day-to-day, supporting admin team Overseeing scheduling, billing, and other administrative duties Work closely with the part-time Office Manager to keep communication flowing

Problem Solving (Your Superpower)



Troubleshoot issues as they come up- tech glitches, patient concerns, scheduling challenges, anything Find answers, recommend solutions, and keep things moving Think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with calm confidence

Team Support & Leadership



Support and guide our team of both admins, and chiropractic assistants Help with training, onboarding, and being the "go-to" person for daily questions Keep the clinic environment positive, organized, and patient focused

Admin, Billing & Organization



Oversee patient accounts, billing, and payment plans Support accounts payable, and basic bookkeeping Maintain clinic stats and keep the doctors informed of trends and updates

Insurance & Documentation



Oversee insurance billing, paperwork, and patient claims Keep things accurate, organized, and up to date

Systems, Tech & Supplies



Use Jane app (which is our main booking softwear) Stay on top of supplies, and ordering

A Bachelor's degree is welcome but absolutely not required, real skills matter more.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
