The BrainWave Clinic is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate assistant who is genuinely enthusiastic about this role and has a demonstrated interest and familiarity with neuroscience or psychology. This position is ideal for individuals deeply committed to brain medicine and patient-centered care. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback properly are key.

Compassion, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently with team members in a fast-paced environment, and utmost professionalism are absolute necessities.

Candidates MUST possess a Bachelor degree in a health-related field--applications without a Bachelor degree will not be considered.

The assistant's primary responsibility is administering repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS). Additional duties may include answering patient phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and performing other assignments as needed in our clinic.
