Clinic Assistant

.

Position Overview:



As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients. Your enthusiasm, exceptional communication skills, and multitasking abilities will contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic, where collaboration across various healthcare disciplines is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities:



Warm and Inviting Reception:

Interact/greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression, and an incredible clinic experience.

Efficient Administrative Support:

Manage patient appointments, ensuring every patient has their next appointment or reminder in the schedule and efficiency with using technology (EMR program).

Accurate billing

of EHB insurance, MVA, WCB andrelated tasks.

Team Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between different allied health disciplines within the clinic.

Inclusion

: Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating communication among practitioners, staff, and patients.

Answer incoming calls

promptly and assist with all patient inquiries politely.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Address patient needs and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide information about clinic services, practitioners, and other relevant details.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in chiropractic/physiotherapy clinic an asset.

Minimum 2 year experience in a receptionist or customer service role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-

must be fluent in English.

Must have advanced computer and typing skills.
