We are looking for a Clinic Admin with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills, along with a welcoming personality and a professional demeanor. RESPONSIBILITIES
This position would be expected to provide general administrative and reception services which would include; Answering the main line, monitoring and responding to clinic emails, and a general social media presence. Scheduling appointments, client invoicing, direct billing, and working with insurance companies as required. Printing clinic forms and entering client information into the system as well as maintaining client confidentiality. Retail sales and inventory. This position also includes basic cleaning throughout the clinic including the reception area, washrooms, treatment rooms, and laundry. We are seeking someone with 1+ years of experience within a client service-oriented environment, sales, and/or administrative support. The ideal candidate would carry a confident, professional and friendly demeanor with exceptional people skills. Excellent organization skills and the ability to remain calm and focused when faced with multiple tasks or clients. Working knowledge of computer programs including spreadsheets, word processing, email, social media platforms, client scheduling, and financial reconciliation. A general knowledge of the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s various services would be expected after hire. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
