On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

With their continued growth they are now looking for a Client Success Representative in Montreal to join their thriving team.

About the role: Client Success Representative

• As a Client Success Representative, you will be the main point of contact for registered students to assist them with onboarding
• Additionally, you will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks to help support all internal teams.
• You will direct the students on how to begin the registration process by gathering important and confidential information
• The Client Success Representative will assist students applying for loans, create student IDs, and ensure student files are accurate and up to date
• You will be responsible for supporting the back-end operations by completing follow-ups with students and collaborating with internal teams to answer any additional questions the students may have
• This is an on-site opportunity in the beautiful downtown Montreal office 5 days a week

About you:

• Must be bilingual in French and English
• You have experience in administration, coordination or customer success
• You are detail-oriented, and organized and have excellent communication skills
• You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• You are a self-starter and quick problem solver
