We are seeking a Client Success & Operations Strategist (in other companies this person could hold the title of Client Coordinator, Office Administrator, or Executive Assistant), who thrives in a dynamic environment supporting operations, administration, and client engagement.


You will support key operational areas of the business while also working closely with company leadership and clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with clients, managing internal logistics, coordinating communications, and proactively ensuring the business runs smoothly day-to-day.


This is a high-impact role with many advancement opportunities including a clear path to becoming a

vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer)

-- one of our company's most strategic client-facing leadership positions. You will gain broad exposure across departments, while building toward a leadership role in client management.

Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement & Account Support



Assist vCIOs with vendor communications, research, and procurement of hardware and software for clients Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation for client environments and communications Contact clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries and obtain missing information Assist with client invoice reconciliation and billing accuracy Begin managing small client accounts under the guidance of a senior vCIO Learn the responsibilities and expectations of a vCIO with the goal of internal promotion

Office Operations & Administration



Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate team members or departments Take and deliver accurate phone messages when necessary Assist with the preparation, formatting, and coordination of internal documents, reports, and meeting materials Manage office setup and logistics for meetings, internal events, and company functions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Coordinate printing, shipping, and other administrative needs

Executive & Leadership Support



Provide administrative support to the President Assist with internal project coordination and follow-up on cross-departmental action items Help prepare leadership communications and meeting materials Serve as an operational support partner for executive-driven initiatives

Marketing & Client Communication Support



Plan, script, and coordinate the monthly video-based service bulletin sent to clients Assist in the execution of local marketing and sales initiatives, such as trade show booths, branded materials, and vendor event support Help organize and deliver client-facing communication pieces in partnership with marketing and leadership teams

Internal Culture & Staff Events



Plan and coordinate internal staff events, seasonal parties, and employee engagement activities Support internal communications and employee announcements as needed

Physical Requirements:





Must be able to

work in-office in Port Coquitlam, BC

and perform standard office functions (sitting, typing, phone use, light lifting).

Salary:




CAD 38,000 - 50,000 Depending on experience, skills and competencies.
