Role Overview



We're searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Success Manager who thrives on communication, problem-solving, and helping clients win.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for~25 clients. Onboard new clients, ensure proper setup, and guide them through our systems and processes. Hold regular weekly check-ins to review performance, answer questions, and remove bottlenecks. Coordinate internally with media buyers, ops, and support teams to ensure deliverables are met. Track client performance metrics and proactively recommend improvements. Monitor client health and retention--identify risks early and take action. Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and task follow-ups inside our tracking system. Upgrade clients into different packages to ensure our support grows with their business demands. Provide world-class customer service with fast response times and a solutions-first mindset. Help reduce client churn by ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident.

Requirements



1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer support. Outgoing, extroverted personality type with great people skills and ability to make friends. Strong written and oral communication skills--clear, patient, confident, and professional. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients at once. Experience reading marketing reports or basic performance metrics (CPL, leads, booking rate, etc.). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills--you think ahead, anticipate needs, and create solutions. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate client documentation. Empathetic, calm, and able to handle client expectations effectively.

Nice-to-Haves



Experience working with home-service businesses (landscaping, painting, roofing, etc.). Multilingual (especially French or Spanish) Familiarity with CRM platforms like GoHigh-Level. Experience in direct sales. Based in Ottawa, ON.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary: ~$70,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Benefits: Full benefits package included.
