As we continue to grow, we're seeking a detail-driven, client-focused Client Success Manager to help us strengthen customer relationships, improve retention, and drive shop performance.

Position Overview:



The Client Success Manager ensures every customer continues to choose SuperTech Auto Group by managing communication after service, following up on deferred work, driving pre-bookings, and protecting our reputation online. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences that directly contribute to business growth.



This role requires excellent communication skills, sales initiative, and the ability to execute structured follow-up processes with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities:



Execute end-to-end post-service communication flows (welcome emails, satisfaction follow-ups, reminders, and review requests). Proactively follow up on deferred or declined work to convert opportunities into booked appointments. Ensure every customer prebooks their next service before leaving the shop, tracking results and overcoming objections. Guarantee every client receives timely review requests and support our reputation management efforts. Use scripts, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards to consistently achieve key performance targets. Support monthly scorecard reviews with store management to assess progress and identify improvements.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in customer success, client services, or sales-driven customer support (automotive industry experience an asset but not required). Strong communication and follow-up skills with a sales-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple client interactions daily with attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM systems, SMS/email tools, and reporting dashboards. Organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
