This position will fit into the Senior Team and play an integral part in daily operations.
Focus must be placed on client assessment, intake, care planning, staffing and scheduling.
Responsibilities will include overseeing of the team, resolving client and staff issues, and ensure excellent support for our vulnerable.
Duties
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Play a key role in staffing and scheduling of shifts.
Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and implementing promising practices.
Prepare detailed reports on client status, feedback, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse or Bachelor in Social Works
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes effectively.
Experience in hiring and interviewing staff
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
