We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our busy full-service veterinary hospital. We are a 24 hour small animal and exotic veterinary hospital that operates as both a general practice providing routine care as well as emergency services for Guelph and surrounding areas.
Some of our services include minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, ultrasound, endoscopy, laser therapy, and digital x-ray imaging.

Our customer service team currently works variable shifts within the hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm - weekends and holidays are required.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication and efficiency skills. They should be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to keep composure in stressful situations. Previous client service experience in a veterinary hospital an especially a veterinary emergency clinic would be considered a strong asset but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate for the position regardless of experience. Duties include but are not limited to;

Digital Client Interface Management (Cornerstone Software)
Scheduling and Managing Appointments
Client Education and Communication
Client Correspondence
Invoicing and Bookkeeping
Record Keeping, Data Entry and General Administration
