Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Process payments and invoices
Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Help maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (veterinary or medical setting a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers and veterinary management software
A love for animals and a desire to support pet health and well-being
