Position Summary (Temporary)

At Farber, our clients are our number one priority and as a client contact agent, you will have the opportunity to make a difference. In this role, you will reach out to our potential clients, determine if they fit our service offerings and transfer them over to our client service team. As the ideal candidate, you will have strong skills in client services and diligence in capturing details of the call and creating tasks for following up.

Our contact center business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 9:00pm EST. You must be flexible with working rotational shifts.

Primary working hours:

Role 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm EST, Tuesday, and Thursdays 12pm-8:30pm EST

Role 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12pm-8:30pm EST, Tuesday, and Thursday 9-5:30pm EST

This role has the flexibility to work from home. Must have high-speed internet that meets the requirements of the firm.

Major Responsibilities

  • Communicate via phone, email, and SMS to potential clients
  • Manage multiple systems and applications
  • Pipeline management to follow up with potential clients
  • Efficiently direct current clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Document each point of contact in our information systems
  • Perform administration tasks as assigned (this could include data entry, outbound calls to remind clients of their upcoming appointments, rescheduling appointments, etc.)
  • Learn about our specialized industry
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • College diploma
  • 3 years of prior customer service experience
  • Call center experience is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, and effective time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced and team environment
  • Committed and a team player
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and able to learn new software and applications quickly
