Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 5 locations in total (Drayton Valley, Edmonton, Fairview, Taber and Kamloops, BC). We are currently looking for someone to help in the development of this location as the company grows.

Main Objective

The main objective of the Client Service Representative at Team Auctions is to provide support to customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while administering an auction sale.

Responsibilities

Offer the highest level of customer service to our customers by:

Understanding and accurately educate clients on our service offerings and utilizing Team Auctions as a benefit while upholding the reputation of Team Auctions. Communicate with our customers regarding their consignments, online bidding experience, purchases, relevant updates and proper management of customer feedback and complaints. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to customers.
Facilitate general office administration (opening/closing the sales office, phone reception, Team Auctions inbox management and office environment/inventory management).

Conduct routine activities for administering an auction sale accurately and efficiently

Contract Management for walk in customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions via our Company Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Collect and manage consignment supporting documents (registrations, CVIPs, workorders, etc.) and collectively curate document packages for buyers. Update online Asset Listings to indicate supporting documentation. Operate with company software platforms to import/export sale records. Invoice successful bidders, process buyer payments, collect outstanding payments (AR calls) and assist with consignor settlements. Assist Management Team regarding Consignor Holdbacks

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years customer service experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong computer literacy skills

Working Conditions

Long periods sitting in front of a computer. Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.

Physical Requirements

May have to lift up to 50lbs.

Motion Parameters

Required to climb stairs, walk, sit or stand for long periods of them.

Vision and Hearing Requirements

The ability to judge distances when loading/unloading and placing excepted.

Psychological Demands

Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be reliable, proactive and be able to multitask. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
