Job Description
We are a fast-growing eCommerce company focused on delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. Our team is passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a Client Service Agent to join our support team and help us provide world-class service to our customers across Canada and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner Provide product information, order updates, and resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, and payments Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, sales, and technical teams) to resolve complex issues Contribute to customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities to improve service processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or retail Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Tech-savvy and comfortable using support software and eCommerce platforms Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
