Our business is growing quickly rapidly and we\'re looking for new talent to join our team. We are seeking an Account Supervisor who has a passion for digital advertising, a strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel industry/and or tourism and has exceptional client service skills.
Role
The Account Supervisor works closely with the rest of the digital marketing teams acting as the main client contact. You are responsible for having a deep understanding of client business needs, looking at travel tourism trends and being able to relate those back to performance across digital channels. In addition to this you will manage the workflow and help delegate project management across all media teams.
Admin & Financial Responsibility
Accountable for the overall financial and administrative health of the account
Assists in setting annual revenue targets.
Flags updates or shifts to the forecast throughout the year
Project Management
Drives for clear, timely, complete client briefs
Oversees projects from start to finish - owns the timelines; establishes resource requirements; communicates changes, risks, and threats in a timely manner
Connects with clients on all timelines and deliverables
Brand Stewardship
Knows the clients\' products and services, the customer, and the competitive landscape
Understands the dynamics and drivers of the business and key business metrics
Appraises work and requests for work against the business and marketing priorities, and recommends changes in direction if needed
Nurtures client relationship and champions agencies work
Business Leadership
Identifies organic growth opportunities and new ways of working with clients
Has an understanding of digital media and can confidently talk about paid search, social and display/programmatic
Identifies gaps in agency or team processes and recommends improvements that will better service the clients\' needs
Monitors marketing and industry news, trends, and award-winning work
Shares POVs that may interest or inspire our clients
People and Relationships
Builds strong, collaborative and trusting relationships with clients
Effectively delegates to media teams while remaining accountable for the successful delivery of the work
Professional Skills
Manages own workload through delegation and collaboration
Manages conflicts, provokes discussions, exercises empathy when needed and able to make difficult decisions
