? Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service and manage client

interactions, ensuring their banking needs are met.

? Operational Support: Handle cash management, process transactions, and

ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

? Fraud Detection: Monitor transactions for irregularities, identify potential

fraudulent activity, and escalate cases to protect client accounts and maintain

financial integrity.

? Proactive Engagement: Address client inquiries, update client profiles, and

assist with day-to-day banking needs.

? Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff to maintain operational

efficiency and support branch goals.

inquiries and transactions as part of our client service process.

? Banking Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a banking teller

or in a similar financial services role, with a proven track record of accuracy

and client service excellence.

? Fraud Detection Skills: Experience in identifying and preventing fraudulent

transactions, with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.

? Commitment: A strong desire to build a long-term career in this role and grow

within ATB Financial.

? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with

the ability to build rapport with clients.

? Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with

the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
