Client Coordinator
who is detail-oriented, bilingual, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Position Overview
The Client Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring smooth communication, accurate data management, and personalized support. This role is ideal for someone with a healthcare background who is eager to grow in a client-facing position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Accurately perform data entry to maintain and update client records
Analyze client needs and recommend tailored service solutions
Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client care packages
Maintain professional and courteous phone communication
Collaborate with the sales team to improve client engagement and service delivery
Provide bilingual support (English and French) to serve diverse client populations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups
Follow up on leads and referrals to support business growth
Coordinate and participate in community outreach events
Maintain relationships with partner organizations
Handle client consultations and inquiries
Support the onboarding process for new clients
Be open to travel outside Ontario when required
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Bilingual in English and French (highly desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with upselling and client engagement strategies
Analytical thinking with a client-centered approach
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented demeanor
Degree in Social Work, Communications, or a related field
Preferred Experience
1-3 years in outreach or client relations
Experience in healthcare or senior care environments
Familiarity with CRM systems and event planning
Recommended Certifications
Certified Client Coordinator (CCC):
Communication, problem-solving, and customer service
Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA):
Scheduling and patient interaction
HIPAA Certification:
Compliance with privacy regulations
Client-Centered Care Training
Infection Control & Emergency Preparedness
