As a Client Logistics Coordinator at Civeo, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless interactions between internal and external clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of requested services by collaborating across teams and maintaining an ongoing presence at various Civeo worksites. Additionally, you will work closely with internal Central Reservations and Lodge Front Office Operations, providing onboarding, training, documentation, and ongoing support.

This position may require occasional evening and weekend availability, especially during travel to remote operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of front office policies and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive training for customer service staff, emphasizing interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of Civeo\'s service offerings.
  • Develop training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and resources aligned with organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers to create individualized development plans for employees.
  • Identify and implement improvements to training processes for enhanced effectiveness.
  • Ensure employees receive mandatory training in safety, diversity, and other compliance-related topics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Deliver daily support, training, and procedural updates to internal Front Office Departments.
  • Gather, interpret, and report client solutions requirements to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Compile and maintain client-specific reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal partners to find mutual solutions to problems or concerns.
  • Interpret and assist in fulfilling contractual obligations within agreed-upon service levels.
  • Manage day-to-day client service operations, resolving issues and challenges, escalating when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of contract management experience preferably in hospitality or oil and gas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Knowledge of logistics software (ERP) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM such as Salesforce or equivalent.
Working Conditions
  • Travel required.
  • Able to work independently in the Edmonton Corporate office and/or remotely when necessary.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Sitting, standing, bending, kneeling and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
