is a busy litigation firm with offices in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Our lawyers specialize in employment law, as well as personal injury and disability law.



We're looking for a

Client Intake Representative in Ontario

who wants to grow their knowledge and communication skills in the legal field by joining a team of hardworking, supportive, and dedicated individuals.



This position is

remote, permanent, and full-time

with a working schedule that includes

every other weekend

. Candidates should have at least

1-2 years of experience

in a client-focused role. Knowledge of employment law is an asset, but not required.



Please note that this position would start in

January 2026

.



Responsibilities of the Client Intake Representative include, but aren't limited to:


Conducting preliminary interviews to understand the legal issues presented by potential clients Evaluating whether the case fits within the firm's practice areas Gathering relevant details, documents, and personal information from potential clients Accurately inputting information into the firm's client management system

The ideal candidate will:


Have some experience with a strong customer service focus, particularly over the phone Be a person who thrives as part of a team, as well as independently Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Have strong verbal and written communication skills Have a post-secondary degree or diploma

We're looking for someone who's responsive, eager to learn, and enjoys a busy and fast-paced work environment.
