Saskatchewan Blue Cross, one of Saskatchewan's Top Employers, is currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Client Experience Administrator to join our Client Experience Centre. This position offers the flexibility to work in-office or participate in hybrid options based in our Saskatoon or Regina offices.

JOB FUNCTION

Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Client Experience Centre, the Client Experience Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and needs of the department. This position requires collaboration to manage shifting administrative priorities in a fast-paced, and deadline driven environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative function to the team by acting as the back-end support when acquiring new business, this includes acquisition support, proposal revision, renewal documentation, etc.
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, and back-end support
  • Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Responsible for data entry, to maintain accurate group records, verification, and timely processing
  • Collaborate, analyze, research, and offer prompt solutions to the Client Experience Specialists and Account Executives' out in market
  • Remain current with product knowledge and services while being adaptable to industry changes
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments and executives in the completion of processing new group applications, changes to existing policies, and broker commission statements
  • Act as intermediary between departments in receiving, responding, and distributing various correspondence
  • Compile data for reporting on new business integration and the retention of existing group members
  • Work in a team environment to ensure service and sales are executed effectively
  • Perform other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Completion of a two-year Diploma or Certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of previous related job experience
  • Prior experience navigating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred
  • Previous experience in the insurance or health care industry is desired
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to multitask, manage multiple competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Maintain high levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Superior data and research capabilities, with knowledge in reporting and information synthesis
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize sound judgement
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new programs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada on an unrestricted basis
  • Criminal Record and background check satisfactory to Saskatchewan Blue Cross
