Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Role


We're looking for a

Client Coordinator

who can balance professionalism with a good sense of humour. On any given day, you might be answering calls from nurses, helping a physiotherapist with product orders, or assisting a senior citizen who isn't quite sure what they need (and sometimes demonstrates it with a little show-and-tell). If you're a fan of Dr. Pimple Popper, you'll fit right in -- nothing phases you, and you're comfortable helping people with empathy, kindness, and maybe a laugh when the moment calls for it.

And since dogs are part of our extended family here, you'll also need to be okay with the occasional wagging tail around the office.

Key Responsibilities



Answer phones and greet walk-in clients with professionalism, patience, and empathy. Provide product and service information to healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients. Accurately complete data entry and manage client records in our ERP system (Acumatica). Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Advocate for clients by understanding their needs and helping them find the right solutions.

What We're Looking For



Strong administrative skills and attention to detail -- you love accuracy and organization. Excellent English communication; you can explain things clearly, even when the question is unusual. Empathy and patience, with the ability to maintain healthy boundaries. Comfort working with healthcare products and situations that may involve sensitive (and sometimes gross) topics. A sense of humour and adaptability -- no two days are exactly the same. Team orientation -- we are one team, and everyone supports each other. Tech-savvy; ERP experience is an asset. Health-conscious lifestyle; non-smokers preferred due to sensitivities in the workplace.
