Job Description


Essential Functions:

  • A professional with a proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation
  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required
  • BA degree in a communication-related field requiredKnowledge of
  • SEO and content best practices desiredExpertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
  • Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs
  • Shift: 10:00p-6:00 am Shift Monday - Friday - includes 10% weekend differential OR 3:00 - 10:00 pm M-F Shift
  • Hybrid - Flex schedule Excellent customer service and communication skills (service industry background a bonus)
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and experience with proofreading
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Web applications (along with basic keyboarding skills)
  • College degree is preferred (B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field a plus)
