Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Location(s): Toronto - Hybrid

Reporting to the Manager, Client Consultants, your mandate is to maintain the relationship with Moneris clients to provide sales engineering, integration, and certification support including project management of integration projects.

Your Moneris Career - What you\'ll do

• Work with business groups, project teams and available data to understand and document challenges and desired outcomes
• Solve complex integration challenges through investigation, profile review or other methods.
• Execute a variety of documented and ad-hoc lower-risk solution options, sometimes with more senior resources or a manager
• Collaborate with SME resources and other product and business groups to define, document, and implement complex client integration solutions
• Communicate integration solutions to the business, technical groups, and clients to provide understanding and achieve agreement.
• Provide detailed pre-sales and post-integration consultation and API integration support to ISVs, merchants and their contracted solution providers and developers.
• Manage multiple client integration projects independently, being a SME in sales engineering, integration, and certification support for clients

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of proven professional experience working in in IT/ project management or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of programming experience is considered an asset
• Proficient in reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining documentation.
• Experience with EMV
• Previous experience in the payment industry is considered an asset
• Bilingualism is a bonus (French)
