Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital & Wellness Centre is a 24-hour emergency and wellness facility commited to providing exception veterinary care and client service. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Care Representative to join our overnight team on a 4-on / 4-off rotation.
Position Overview
The Client Care Representative serves as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to supporting both clients and the veterinary team during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and empathy
Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Support patient flow and coordinate emergency cases with the medical team
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth overnight operations
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required (experience in a veterinary or medical setting considered an asset)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Comfortable working overnight shifts on a 4-on / 4-off rotation
Team-oriented with a high level of reliability and professionalism
