The Role



This is a dual position split between reception and veterinary assisting. You'll be part of our client care team at the front desk--welcoming clients, answering phones, booking appointments, and keeping things running smoothly. While rotating to support our technicians with patient care (preparing treatments, setting up equipment, handling patients, cleaning/stocking, etc.), and occasionally helping doctors during appointments.

Think of it as the best of both worlds: hands-on animal care + client connection.

About You



Education/Experience - Previous veterinary assistant experience is awesome, but if you're eager to learn and passionate about animals, we're ready to train the right person. Reception or client service experience is a plus. Skills - Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Attitude - Positive, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Tools - Comfortable with computers; experience with veterinary software (like eVetPractice) is a bonus.
