Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and their pets. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks will be key to ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and check in clients and their pets with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries or concerns. Process client payments, handle billing, and manage financial transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and client information. Assist with administrative tasks such as deposits, faxing, and data entry. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Receive and organize orders. Admitting patients and recording histories. Provide professional, friendly client service both in person and on the phone. Manage scheduling, client communications, payments, and medical record keeping. Keep the front desk running like clockwork while supporting the veterinary team. Assist in the back with patients and procedures when required. Be an essential part of a small, supportive team where your work trulymakes a difference.

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

3+ years in an administrative, reception, or client service role is strongly preferred.

Skills:

A confident multi-tasker who can juggle phones, scheduling, and paperwork without missing a beat.

Dependability:

Reliable, punctual, and the type of person the team can always count on.

Flexibility:

While this position is primarily front-desk based, you're willing to roll up your sleeves and lend a hand in the back when needed.

Knowledge:

Comfort with computers and medical/veterinary knowledge is considered an asset.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in veterinary or medical administration is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft office software, Ceridian Dayforce and other applications. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with pets and their owners.
