Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client care receptionist to join our dynamic team at Southampton Pet Hospital. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a veterinary clinic setting, possess strong communication skills and a passion for animals.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, and provide information about our clinic's services. Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the veterinary team's time. Maintain accurate and up to date records of patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and provide estimates for services. Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary staff, relaying important information and updates. Keep the reception area organized and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for and clients and their pets.

Skills:

Working experience in a veterinary clinic preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative attitude and ability to work seamlessly with the veterinary team.
