Client Care Representative - Bow River Veterinary Centre (Canmore, AB)

Bow River Veterinary Centre has been proudly serving our community for over 25 years. We are a progressive small animal practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care with the support of modern medical equipment and diagnostics.

We are seeking an

experienced Client Care Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every visit is a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and by email Schedule appointments and manage client communications Perform medical follow-ups and reminders Record patient weights and medical history Maintain and update client records in our practice management software Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care Maintain hospital cleanliness and restock supplies Support overall clinic flow with a proactive and positive attitude

Qualifications:

Previous experience in veterinary care or animal handling is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and use medical terminology Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying calm under pressure Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Basic computer proficiency Able to lift up to 50 lbs Available for shifts Monday-Friday (9 am-7 pm) and Saturdays (9 am-4 pm)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
