Alto Veterinaire - Medecine preventive & Soins urgents is a modern small animal hospital opening in Paquetville, NB. We focus on preventive care, urgent care, walk-ins, and a warm, personalized client experience. We're building a supportive team that values respect, communication, and empathy for pets, clients, and each other.
We are hiring
both full-time and part-time
Client Care Representatives to provide coverage during our hours of operation:
Friday to Monday - day and evening shifts
.
What You'll Do
Greet and check in clients and patients in a warm, professional and efficient manner.
Answer phones, emails, and messages; use clear triage-style questioning (training provided) to schedule appointments and urgent cases.
Prepare accurate invoices and receipts, process payments, and clearly review charges with clients.
Take detailed phone messages and maintain organized, accurate client and patient records.
Book appointments with proper time allocation; make reminder calls and provide instructions for surgery, dental, and other procedures.
Support reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, and client communication.
Keep the reception and waiting area tidy, welcoming, and calm.
Assist the medical team when needed; cross-training to support technicians during busy periods.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-centred culture every day.
What We're Looking For
Experience in customer service (veterinary, medical, hospitality, or similar) is
strongly preferred
.
Comfortable with computers, practice software, email, and payment systems.
Excellent communication skills in french with a calm, kind, and professional approach, even when it's busy.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Enjoys problem-solving and supporting both clients and teammates.
Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
Someone who's eager to grow and step into a leadership role within a new small business.
