Client Care Representative

at Osgoode Veterinary Services is the primary point of contact for clients and their pets, handling a variety of administrative and client service duties within a veterinary clinic setting. Core Responsibilities for this role typically include:

Warmly greeting clients and their pets. Managing phone calls and client inquiries. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Maintaining accurate patient records and information in a PIMS (Practice Information Management System). Processing payments, managing billing inquiries, and preparing service estimates. Acting as a liaison between clients and the veterinary medical team. Ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming. Involvement in inventory and ordering products.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ideal candidates for a Client Care Representative position at a a veterinary clinic usually possess:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. A strong customer service orientation and an approachable demeanor. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with a team. Previous working experience in a veterinary clinic setting is often preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay:

The average hourly wage is from $19 to $22 per hour depending on experience and skills.
