What you'll do Be the friendly first point of contact (in-person, phone, email, text, social media) and represent the Les Anges standard. Help pet parents choose the right services, packages, and products by asking smart questions and making confident recommendations. Own follow-ups end-to-end: new leads, quotes, satisfaction calls, reactivations, and reminders. Book, manage, and optimize schedules and appointments for daycare, hotel, grooming, and boutique pickups. Support smooth check-ins/outs and daily client communication. Handle admin tasks with accuracy (billing support, notes, profile updates, data entry, inventory updates). Support simple marketing actions that drive business (posting, promos, local events, community moments). Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through consistent outreach, lead generation, and service that makes clients stay for life.
What we're looking for Bilingual (English/French). 3+ years in customer service, reception, retail, or call-centre style roles with volume and strong follow-up habits. Comfortable with sales, upselling, and recommending products (pet food/supplies) and services. Organized, detail-driven, and proactive. You take ownership and don't wait to be asked. Calm under pressure, quick learner, team player. True love for animals (non-negotiable). Experience in pet care, vet clinic, grooming, daycare, or boutique retail is an asset.
