We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our pet parents, providing exceptional service and support. At Georgetown Animal Clinic, we are passionate about our patients and want to ensure they are receiving excellent care. Strong collaboration with your team members is important to maintain a positive working environment.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service.
Manage client accounts effectively, utilizing Vetup to manage client account and patient medical records.
Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Daily tasks include answering phones, booking appointments, settling transactions and clinic maintenance.
Cross training into roles of clinic and patient care is available.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service and ideally veterinary clinic experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with Vetup is a bonus.
Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task is important.
Love of animals and people.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
