We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will utilize your communication skills and analytical abilities to address customer inquiries, book appointments, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in an animal care setting, using a multi-line phone system, and POS managment.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Manage veterinary scheduling, check in appointments, create accurate invoices and process paperwork as needed.
Ensure cleanliness of front end and exam rooms, rotating stock as needed
Collaborate with entire veterinary team to ensure a seamless client and pet experience.
Knowledge of basic pet care, including exotics is an asset.
Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Stay informed about retail product updates, marketing strategies, and other veterinary trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the animal care industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on patient and client satisfaction!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
