Role: Client Care Coordinator
Location: Toronto
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
About the Role:
Our client is a real estate company based out of Toronto. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support and coordination to our sales team, ensuring efficient client relationship management, and contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position is crucial in assisting the team in achieving our overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Provide client services that assist the Team Realtors in getting their listings ready to go to market; i.e. book cleaners, photographers, stagers, home inspections, etc.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure an elevated experience.
- Responsible for coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all transactions are managed efficiently. This includes scheduling showings, preparing marketing materials, managing client files, and providing administrative support.
- Coordinate with trades to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients after showings.
- Assist Administration Manager in completing documents, making follow-up phone calls, writing offers, and other tasks as assigned.
- Manage and execute posting lease listings to rental sites.
- Managing administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and filing, tracking expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Providing support to events and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare feature sheets and additional assets needed for each property.
- Learn all aspects of offer writing, reviewing, and reporting transactions to facilitate backup duties when others take vacation.
