AppleOne has partnered up with a client in the Toronto area who is looking to hiring an administrative assistant on a full-time in office basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide client services that assist the Team Realtors in getting their listings ready to go to market; i.e. book cleaners, photographers, stagers, home inspections, etc.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure an elevated experience.
- Responsible for coordinating with the sales team to ensure that all transactions are managed efficiently. This includes scheduling showings, preparing marketing materials, managing client files, and providing administrative support.
- Coordinate with trades to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients a??er showings.
- Assist Administration Manager in completing documents, making follow-up phone calls, writing offers, and other tasks as assigned.
- Manage and execute posting lease listings to rental sites.
- Managing administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and filing, tracking expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Providing support to events and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare feature sheets and additional assets needed for each property.
- Learn all aspects of offer writing, reviewing, and reporting transactions to facilitate backup du??es when others take vacation.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Prior experience in residential real estate
- Project management experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Experience coordinating schedules
- Experience managing relationships with outside trades or suppliers (ability to negotiate)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize their work
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- An eye for aesthetics and design
