Client Billing & Collections Coordinator
in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable processes.
In this role, you'll play a key part in the financial operations--handling billing, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
Process billing and credit orders in accounting system
Proactively follow up with customers to manage and resolve outstanding receivables
Ensure all open items are closed in a timely and accurate manner
Assist with month-end processes and provide support on ad-hoc finance tasks
Maintain precise records and support general AR functions
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in billing and collections)
Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in
Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and a high degree of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
Diploma, certificate or Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is an asset.
